<H2>The High Rede</H2>

<P>The High Rede is the Troth's Board of Directors. Elected for three-year
terms, the Rede is the chief policy-making body of the Troth. The Steersperson 
(Chairperson of the Board) is elected from the body of current and former 
Redespersons, and also serves a three-year term.

<P>Officers of the Troth take care of the day-to-day management of Troth affairs

Ad hoc officers are appointed by the Rede for one year terms, subject to 
renewal.</P>
